Other amenities at the Sheraton Steamboat Resort Villas include outdoor heated pool and hot tub. The Sheraton Steamboat Resort Villas has announced a 2019 scheduled lobby renovation that will include the check-in area, restaurant and lounge. The estimated dates are April 2019 – January 2020. The work areas will be decoratively walled off to mitigate any noise or disturbance. The villa accommodations do not connect to the work area, so major inconvenience is not anticipated. The work is scheduled to take place from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM daily. The temporary check-in area will be conveniently located at the Resorts main entrance. As always, the front desk/check-in will be open 24/7. Limited food and beverage services will be offered based on seasonal occupancy demand. Specific information and hours of operations will be shared with guests upon check-in and subject to change with limited notice. No compensation will be offered due to this scheduled transformation maintenance, as the villas accommodation and the area outlets provide adequate alternatives to guests.

The Torian Plum is Steamboat's premier ski-in/ski-out lodging. Slopeside to the ski area base, Christie Peak chairlift, and only a hundred yards from the gondola, the Torian Plum has an amazing location. The luxurious Torian Plum condos are nestled amidst the Torian Plaza shops and restaurants, and are just a short walk to the Gondola Square area with more restaurants, shopping, and ski resort amenities. The Ironwood Townhomes are a ski-in, walk-out property conveniently located in the base of the ski area just steps from the Gondola, shops, and restaurants. Guests at the Ironwood Townhomes enjoy access to two outdoor hot tubs, private one-car garage for each unit and heated driveway, washer and dryers in each unit, housekeeping services and bell service (winter).

For the discerning guest who prefers the spaciousness and comfort of a townhome, the Cascades at EagleRidge offers the ideal accommodations. Perfect for après ski entertaining, the individual Cascades townhomes feature an expansive living and dining area appointed with handsome furnishings, vaulted ceilings, warm fireplaces, and maple hardwood flooring. Each Cascades residence is complete with a redwood deck and a private two-car garage. The multiple levels of the Cascades at EagleRidge afford the utmost privacy for vacationing families or small groups. Steamboat's shopping and nightlife are only three blocks away.

The Bronze Tree Condos are a ski-in, walk-out property located just steps from the shops and restaurants in Ski Time Square. Guests at the Bronze Tree enjoy access to one of Steamboat's only indoor pools, as well as the use of indoor and outdoor hot tubs, sundeck, sauna, fitness room, ski lockers, complimentary common area laundry facilities, housekeeping services, bell service (winter), free wifi, and free parking garage.

Evergreens Townhomes are large, multilevel units with spacious floor plans that allow for seamless entertaining. The Evergreens are conveniently located two blocks from the Steamboat Ski Resort gondola and downtown is minutes away. Guests of the Evergreens can enjoy gathering in front of the river rock gas fireplace in the large, bright living room and dining room areas, and enjoy stunning views of the ski resort peaks through nine-foot windows. At the end of the day, return to Evergreens to rejuvenate your muscles in the outdoor hot tub and heated plunge pool.

The Clock Tower is conveniently located just one block from the Steamboat Ski Area gondola. The Timberline Lodge at Trappeur's Crossing Resort & Spa is located alongside the amenities center with views of the valley and the ski resort. Guests of Timberline can enjoy the easy access to the amenities center and are steps away from the main indoor/outdoor swimming pool. Other great features of Timberline include BBQs at the outdoor fire ring for grilling sessions, an on-site Day Spa, and free wireless internet. The Steamboat gondola is just two blocks away and guests can also enjoy a free winter ski shuttle to get them to and from the lifts.
