The quiet residential neighborhood of Fraser is six miles from the Winter Park Ski Resort and the home is situated on a 0.8 acre lot. During the winter ski season, there is a free shuttle for transportation to the downtown Winter Park area and the ski resort. The two-tier living room has a gas fireplace and the focal point of the room is a 50" plasma wide screen HDTV with Comcast cable. The dining and kitchen areas are an open plan with connecting granite counter-tops, dining table, hardwood floors and top of the line stainless steel appliances. The large dining area can be used as a workspace, offering free wireless internet and multiple laptop plug-ins. All bedrooms on the lower level of the house have mountain furnishings, comfortable bedding, TV and DVD. The extra amenities at the beautiful Jabberwocky Home include a private laundry area with washer and dryer, large deck with BBQ grill, private outdoor hot tub and a two car heated garage.

The Lookout Village complex is a smaller condo complex with twenty seven total units located in Fraser. There are beautiful grounds, mountain views and during the winter ski season, Lookout Village is on the free shuttle route. There is a common building with indoor hot tub, small sauna and locker rooms complete with showers and lockers. The common area is open with space for meetings or small get-togethers and efficiency kitchenette. On the large outside deck, there is a picnic area and outdoor hot tub.

61 Jabberwocky comes with comforts and entertainment with the forethought in every room. This lovely home is 3, 200 square feet spread over three floors. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood of Fraser, 61 Jabberwocky is six miles from the Winter Park Ski Resort and situated on a 0.8 acre lot. During the winter ski season, there is a free shuttle for transportation during the winter ski season. A wood paneled vaulted ceiling in the living room is accompanied with a wood burning fireplace. There is also a giant couch so that everyone can enjoy cable TV. If you don’t enjoy TV there is a rockin’ stereo system. The dining and kitchen area have an open floor plan and the dining table is big enough to fit eight with a breakfast bar that seats three. The large dining area can be used as work space, offering free WiFi. An awesome area to hang out, play some pool and watch some TV or even cook another meal in the second kitchen is found on the lower level of the home. There is also another dining table in the basement that seats eight. Guests at 61 Jabberwocky also have access to the amenities at Medowridge, which include a swimming pool, hot tub, gym and steam room.

Twin Rivers is located on the free shuttle route to Winter Park Resort and the town of Winter Park. The shuttle stops across the street from the main complex twice per hour.
