The newest property in Vail, and one of the few to have air conditioning in the Vail area for summer time, you won't be disappointed. They offer units ranging from 1 bedroom suites to 4 bedroom suites. Extremely spacious with multiple bathrooms. All of the suites offer the same decor with a few owner touches here and there. Large kitchen islands for entertaining with large flat screen TV's and an open concept will be sure to tick the boxes for entertaining family and friends.
Though located about 150 yards from the Gondola, The Lion offers their own ways of transportation to and from the lifts.
The concierge service provided by Karen and Hillary was outstanding!

About The Lion
The Lion is designed for the convenience, comfort, and happiness of guests. Extraordinary thought and effort have been put into the amenities offered, many of which you simply will not find elsewhere in Vail. The Lion is just a short walk—only three hundred and fifty yards—to the Lionshead Gondola. Vail's free bus also stops directly in front of The Lion. Amenities include a huge outdoor saltwater hot tub, indoor saltwater hot tub and infinite current lap pool, steam room and shower facility, ample ski lockers, fitness centre and exercise room with cardio machines and weights, outdoor firepit and landscaped courtyard, secure, code-accessed elevators, great room and lounge area with fireplace, coffee machine and TV, entertainment room with pool table, seating and TV, business centre with printer, scanner and computer access, WiFi, and comfortable lobby and reception area with seating, fireplace and front desk. The Lion residences feature marble, granite, hardwood floors and walnut cabinets. The spacious floor plans offer oversize windows and high ceilings. There is extensive soundproofing throughout the building as well as air conditioning in all residences for summer visitors to Vail. The Lion's private and quiet location offers guests convenient access to Vail's slopes, ski school, restaurants, and shops.
