The location is very convenient and away from the traffic. I have stayed at many lodges on the hill and Snow Creek Lodge is the only known location to me that has an elevator. That is a tremendous bonus when hauling gear. I just wish there was in suite air conditioning. Gets hot in the summer.

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The only disappointment was extra towels and kitchen dish clothes were not provided during our stay without calling. When I called I was informed the towels left in the condo should be enough for our stay. This was not adequate as we had 5 people in the condo for 5 days and only 8 baths towels, 3 hand towels and 4 face clothes. Some extra towels were dropped off after I called. Also, there was not enough dishwasher tabs and garbage bags for the duration of our stay and I also called for more to be dropped off. This is an excellent location and the amenities within the condo and the whole building was wonderful.

About Snow Creek Lodge

Nothing beats being slopeside in Fernie! Snow Creek Lodge at Fernie Alpine Resort provides premier ski in/ski out condo-style accommodation. Ski down to the Elk chair in the morning, or relax on the expansive deck of the Alpine Room or in the shared hot tubs and watch the kids on the beginner slopes of the Mighty Moose. Anything is possible when you have access at your door. The self-catering Snow Creek Lodge epitomizes the classic mountain vacation rental. Wood features, expansive gas fireplaces, and cozy furnishings and accents add emphasis to the true feeling of a mountain ski getaway. Underground parking is limited to one vehicle per unit, however there is overflow parking outside. Summer guests, please note that Snow Creek Lodge is not air-conditioned. Snow Creek Lodge also offers a front desk on site during the winter.
