Lovely location and condos, just starting to look a little tired and in need of refurbishment. The balcony had a rotten rail and the glass was nearly falling out. The bathroom shower controls were very loose and nearly falling off, the gas fire thermostat didn’t work. If you ignore that bit, the rest was very good.
