Fantastic facility - our second year staying at Kiva (#428 and #430). Both condos were very well equipped, as well as the common amenities. We enjoyed the hot tubs and dry sauna. Very easy ski in/out and a short walk to the village. Village Connect app makes it easy to get around as well (free Uber type service provided by Village via small busses).

Rebecca was so helpful and answered all of our questions in selecting the Kiva at Beaver Creek! The location to the main Centennial Express lift was super easy to get to and from the slopes and the Kiva was such a relaxing place after a full day of skiing. The condo was spotless, had all the amenities, and so comfortable for our family! We look forward to returning next year! Thank you!

The condo is dated, lighting is very poor in the kitchen and the den area, I had to call for lamps to put on the dining room table so we could play cards and scrabble. For the 5500.00 I paid it can’t even compare to where we stayed in Winter Park, I would not recommend this condo to any of my friends. We had a beautiful 6 bedroom condo for 3800.00 that was up to date and the lighting and kitchen area was great.

About Kiva

The Kiva is an incredible property, conveniently located in upper Beaver Creek village close to the shops, restaurants, ski hill, and Allegria Spa. Featuring its own private skiway, the Kiva provides easy ski-in/ski-out access to the slopes of Beaver Creek Mountain. The condos at Kiva are spacious, with large bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms and some suites have an additional loft for added sleeping space. With all the conveniences of home, all condos come with full kitchens, balconies, and in-suite laundry. Privately tucked away on the Eastern side of Beaver Creek in the Highlands area, The Kiva gives you the feeling of being away from everything and close to the action all at the same time.
