Durant condominiums is a fantastic property close to the slopes and downtown Aspen. The gondola is just a short 3 minute walk away and intermediate level skiers can ski home at the end of the day from Aspen Mountain. For anyone wanting to visit Aspen Highlands, Buttermilk or Snowmass, a short 2 minute walk will get you over to the Rubey Park Transportation Center to hop onto the free bus to those areas.

Durant offers condos of many different sizes and quality levels so there really is something for every budget. Even the most basic condo here has the benefit of plenty of natural light, beautiful views and an open concept floor plan.

At the end of a long day on the mountain you can take a dip in the outdoor heated pool or just soak in the hot tub. When it's time to head out for dinner or go shopping, it's very easy to do so. The walk is relatively flat and it only takes 4 minutes to get to my favorite spot - the Paradise Bakery!

I would definitely recommend this location for anyone - skiers, non-skiers, families or just a group of friends. There's something for everyone at Durant.
