Classic Snowplay
Finished carving the slopes but still looking for more snowy fun? Try cross-country skiing at Mont Tremblant, with 120 km of cross-country trails available.
For intermediate and expert cross-country skiers, enjoy the 11.6 km free trail network managed by Ville de Mont-Tremblant, which starts from the village at La Villageoise-de-Mont-Tremblant trail (no equipment rental available). For beginners, we recommend the all-level Domaine Saint-Bernard area, which includes equipment rentals, food options and trailside wood-heated shacks.
If high-speed fun is what you desire, try snow tubing. A 15-minute drive from the village centre, the tubing hill has eight different slopes for different thrill-levels, a lift to take you back up, and a cafeteria. The facilities are open until either 5:00 PM or 8:00 PM every day, with prices starting at $38.50 for adults and $32 for children (depending on the session length).

Canine Adventures
For dog lovers, Mont Tremblant offers two different snow dog tours in wintertime. First, there’s a guided dogsled tour through valley trails, where visitors can drive the sleds or simply ride with a guide before enjoying hot chocolate and a visit to the kennel. A 7-minute drive from Mont-Tremblant Station, tours run from Wednesday to Sunday and cost $264 with transportation for adults, with discounts for children and for those driving themselves.
The second dog adventure at Mont Tremblant is cani-snowshoeing, a unique dog-led snowshoe experience through a forest-lined field. Though accompanied by a (human) guide, you travel under your own power, with the help of trained snow dogs leading you by a bungee cord. Tours are available at 10:00 AM, 12:00 PM, and 2:00 PM from Wednesday to Sunday. Guests must be 13+ and the activity costs $117 each.

Indoor Kid-Friendly Activities
If you’re looking to get out of the cold, Mont Tremblant offers multiple family-friendly indoor activities right in the village.
Get crafty with ceramic painting at Studio Créatif, near the base of the Cabriolet chairlift. Open from 9:00 AM–9:00 PM Monday to Saturday (9:00 AM–8:00 PM on Sundays), guests are invited to paint pre-made ceramic pieces from $8 per piece, plus a $13 one-hour studio fee, and pick up the finished product the next morning.
If something faster-paced is what you’re after, Mont Tremblant is home to the world’s only ski-in/ski-out laser tag arena: Mission Laser, located in the central village. For ages 7+, Mission Laser offers video game-style simulations complete with flashing lights, music, and obstacles. Each 15-minute session costs $26.95 per person.
Looking for a brain rather than a body workout? Try a 30- or 60-minute escape room at Mission Liberté, located at the base of the Flying Mile Chairlift. Choose from a variety of difficulty levels and themes, including Greek mythology, space wars, or a magical heist. An hour-long game is $29.50 for children and $37.50 for adults.
Unique Experiences
Mont Tremblant has a variety of uniquely Québécois tours that allow you to experience local naturescapes and culture in an active, immersive way.
For example, you can take a guided snowshoe tour (ages 8+) to visit a sled dog kennel and Québec’s first Athabascan wood bison reserve. This wilderness-based educational hike is three hours long, and located a 40-minute drive from Tremblant. The price is $74 for adults and $48 for children.

For a deeper dive into Québécois culture, choose the Snowshoe Tour with the Fire Man, a two-hour exploration of Québécois history, folktales, and fire-building in the snow with a seasoned woodsman as a guide. For ages 8+, the tour costs $68 for adults and $58 for children.
If you prefer your snowshoeing with a side of cheese, go for the Snowshoe & Fondue Tour. Start with a gondola ride to the summit, then follow your guide to the cozy log cabin Refuge du Trappeur for a French-Canadian meal of traditional fondue. After dinner, descend the mountain by moonlight (and headlamps) and return to the village. Snowshoe rentals are available, and participants must be at least 13 years old. The tour lasts six hours and costs $152–$170 per person during the high season.
Or go for a horse-drawn carriage ride through the fields and forests of Mont Tremblant. Complete with storytelling, folk songs, and hot chocolate, the tours run during the afternoon and nighttime, with family rates for the regular season costing $114.50.
Prefer the view from above? Splurge on a Helicopter Ride by the Tremblant Activity Centre. Fly over the Diable River, Laurentian Mountains, the local lakes and villages, and even the National Park of Mont Tremblant (45-minute tour only). Tours are 10 to 45 minutes long, depart every hour from 9:00 AM to sunset, and prices range from $276 to $972 depending on the number of people and length of flight.
Ice Adventures
Experience a guided introduction to ice climbing on a frozen waterfall, and learn the basics of ice belaying, climbing, and abseiling in a safe and fun environment. A three-hour adventure for ages 8+, the activity is available every day for $89.
Or take up ice fishing, with two different experiences available. The first is the Ice Fishing and Kennel Visit, where visitors catch fish using traditional tools, have their fish expertly prepared, then visit a local snow dog kennel. Or, take a guided tour to a frozen mountain lake and fish in the comfort of a heated tent. Both excursions are available every day, last for about 2–3 hours, and are located approximately 40 minutes from the village. Adult prices start from $169.
Looking for less structured ice-based activities? Head to the village’s open-air ice rink (skates available), open every day from 1:00 to 9:00 PM for gliding fun with a mountain view. Located in the Ice Gardens by the Saint-Bernard Chapel, the area also has a play slope for children, Bavarian curling, and a cozy firepit.
