Overall good experience and we loved whitefish. But I will say that the information within the house (about the house) was lacking. Ex. How to work the TVs, how to work the speaker system, how to adjust the water temperature (it was scolding hot), how to use the firepit (key to gas fireplace was hard to find), specifics on what needed to be done when we left the house, general info about the village incl stores, bars, restaurants, services near by etc. A simple greet book would have been good. The portal link info was way too basic. And twice I called the 800 # to get some help, twice they said they would call their onsite team and call me back but they did not. And it wasn't worth trying to call again. We had a great time and loved whitefish so these are just simple suggestions. Maybe our experience was specific to this unit/owner? We will be back for sure!
