Love the place and the accommodation comes with all essential amenities which is very convenient for our group. The walk to runs is short and great.

It was a really nice unit. I liked the furnishings and the den in the basement was great to have. The two cons about almost all the condos in Sun Peaks (with the exception of Village Walk) is that:
1. the kitchens are small and closed in
2. There isn’t nearly enough room or hooks for jackets, mittens, ski boots, helmets etc.

Trail's Edge was great for our group.

Pluses - good size and layout; location; prompt service to replace light-bulbs; hot-tub towels;

negatives - none really; a couple more medium-sized pots would have been handy, given the unit sleeps 8; the bed in the master bedroom is so high - might be an issue for people with mobility issues or the elderly - it was a climb for me!
