Families will love the gourmet kitchen, spacious dining area, and private hot tub. 435 Park Avenue is 1 block to the Main Street Trolley which stops at the free transit hub near Lower Main Street. 435 Park Avenue is an excellent choice for a Park City vacation.

Park Avenue condominiums are conveniently located across the street from grocery stores, restaurants, Starbucks, sports shops and the movie theater; and just three blocks from Park City Mountain Resort. The free citywide shuttle system has a stop just outside the entrance to Park Avenue.
