Units at Upper Village Condos are sold on a run-of-the-house basis from a selection of units at Ski Tip or Tamarack and building is not guaranteed.

The spacious Specialty Townhomes at Panorama are in the heart of activity and offer excellent access to the slopes. The functionality and convenience of the Specialty Townhomes make these larger units a favorite for families or for getting the gang together. Guests of the Specialty Townhomes have access to the Village Gondola, Panorama Springs hot pools and fitness centre. Accommodation at Specialty Townhomes is sold on a run-of-the-house basis from a selection of units at Aurora, Hearthstone, Lookout & Riverbend and building is not guaranteed - guests may be in the Upper or Lower Village.

The Upper Village Condos may be located at Panorama Springs, Peaks, Summit or Taynton Lodge and feature an exceptional slopeside location, next to the lifts. These are some of the resort's most exclusive lodging and feature fully equipped kitchens, dining room, living room and free wifi. Lower Village Condos are only a short walk to the Toby Chair, RK Heliski and the Village Gondola. A two-minute ride from the Lower Village Condos provides quick access to the Mile One Quad, the Panorama Springs Hot Pools, and Upper Village amenities. Units at Lower Village Condos are sold on a run-of-the-house basis from a selection of units at Horsethief or Toby Creek and building is not guaranteed. All guests of the Lower Village Condos have access to the Panorama Springs Hot Pools, the fitness centre at the Pine Inn, and the Village Gondola.
