In the winter, grab your gear and walk over to the lifts from Red Hawk Lodge for a day of skiing and snowboarding. If you're visiting in the warmer months, check out River Run Plaza activities such as the Bluegrass and Beer Festival, or simply spend your time sunbathing lakeside.

One walk through the middle of River Run Village and it is clear why River Run Condos are the most popular accommodations at Keystone. River Run Condominiums - made up of six buildings - Silver Mill, Arapahoe Lodge, Dakota Lodge, Buffalo Lodge, Expedition Station and Mill Creek have shopping, dining, nightlife, and of course, skiing, right outside the door. River Run Condos is just the complex for those who want to be right in the middle of the action! Please note that units at Mill Creek do not have access to a swimming pool.

The Dakota Lodge is located in the heart of River Run Village, just a quick walk to the gondola and easy access to everything Keystone has to offer throughout the year. The beautiful Dakota Lodge invites you with its spacious units with large patios and decks, gas fireplaces and vaulted ceilings.

Silver Mill is right in the heart of River Run Village, one hundred yards to the base of the Gondola and the Summit Lift - closer than the skiers' parking lot! Park your car and leave it in the attached underground, heated garage. The pool for this property is connected to Dakota Station. Your room key will give you access and towels are provided at the pool area. The complex has two hot tubs and a swimming pool. If the mood strikes you, head down to the lobby area where the Silver Mill Lounge welcomes you with two pool tables, a fireplace, and a big screen TV, as well as two additional outdoor hot tubs for your use. River Run boutiques, shops, restaurants and ski rentals are at your doorstep. There is also a free shuttle that stops at the River Run Entrance to take you anywhere in Keystone and on to other ski areas.

Black Bear and Jackpine condos are sold run-of-house and located in the heart of River Run Village, just a short walk to lift access, restaurants, shopping and seasonal festivals. Amenities at these two spacious properties include heated underground parking, exercise rooms, and outdoor hot tubs, fire pits and BBQs.

With a cozy fireplace and private hot tub, the spacious Sanctuary Home 236 is the perfect chalet for relaxing and enjoying a family vacation. Sanctuary Home 236 is a short drive to the lifts and a car is recommended.

River Run Townhomes are a short walk or ride to skiing and the retail core of River Run Village. Guests can ride to the Mountain Haus base area via the shuttle and ride to River Run base or walk through River Run Village. The development is located just to the west of River Run Village. All River Run Townhomes offer two spacious living areas with separate sleeping quarters, making it easy for families to come together and have space of their own. The property sits adjacent to River Run Village and its many dining, shopping and mountain opportunities. River Run Townhomes are a great choice for families, groups and skiers who want to access Keystone’s variety of ski experiences. Guests have access to the year-round outdoor heated pool and hot tubs at Dakota Lodge in River Run Village.

Located in the heart of River Run Village, Expedition Station is the ideal location for family entertainment—just steps away from restaurants, retail shops and vendors. Expedition Station offers beautiful condominiums, each with it's own large patio or deck, most with excellent mountain views. Enjoy easy access to the gondola, located just a few hundred yards away.
