Professionally designed and impeccably maintained, this modern home features light-filled living spaces, amazing mountain views, and convenient garage parking. Cathedral ceilings soar in the skylit living area, detailed with a smart TV and a stone-surround gas fireplace. Cooking is a breeze in the gourmet kitchen, configured with stainless steel appliances, and there's enough room for everyone to dine together at the table for seven.

The first and second bedrooms both feature a king bed and a flat-screen TV, with a shared back patio available during the summer months. Set beneath cathedral ceilings, the third bedroom is furnished with three full-over-full bunk beds. The loft also provides a smart TV as well as a library of books and board games.

The spacious deck allows for mountain-view cookouts with a natural gas grill, and in the warmer months, scenic hiking and biking trails are located just beyond your back door.
