10 Southface is a private home with fantastic, panoramic Ten Mile Range and ski area views to die for! It is the perfect blend of classic Colorado log home living complimented by chic and sleek kitchen and bathrooms. This home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac, backs to 7+ acre open space and offers great summer hiking and winter snowshoe trails. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood atop Baldy Mountain, you will find the perfect spot to relax and unwind with endless activities right outside your door. With easy access to the Breckenridge Ski Resort and cross-country, hiking and biking trails right out the door, this is the perfect property any time of year. 10 Southface offers five bedrooms including a main floor master bedroom and four additional bedrooms in the lower level. There is plenty of space to relax in with two living and family rooms with fireplaces, and an updated kitchen and baths. Relax in the hot tub with its stellar views and then take a steam shower to further unwind after a day full of activity. This home has a wonderful peaceful Zen feeling; come home, sit on your deck, and enjoy the best that Breckenridge has to offer. The shuttle to the lifts and town is just three minutes from the property.
