FireLight is located at Brewer's Pond at Silver Star. FireLight is a fantastic base camp for great adventures and maintains Silver Star's "ski from your door" reputation. Guests at FireLight can ski to the Silver Queen Chair, skate on the authentic natural frozen ponds, rip down the slopes of Tube Town or cross-country ski directly to the tranquility of Silver Star's world famous trails - all from FireLight's front door. FireLight was designed with families in mind, from thoughtful extras like built-in gear storage in every suite to generous amenities such as an common area outdoor hot tub (winter only) and BBQ areas. Enjoy four days of energizing yoga classes, mountain hikes, and tasty meals amongst the beautiful surroundings of SilverStar Mountain Resort. Karen Tengberg, born a Canadian, living now in Denmark is back again this summer to offer you a week of yoga love!

About Karen:
Karen has been teaching yoga for the past 20 years. Karen is a Hatha Yoga teacher, Holistic Lifestyle Coach, EFT therapist and, has a long background in the health and fitness industry. Karen was born in the Vancouver area and has been living in Denmark for the past 30 years. In September of last year Karen started teaching Yoga as the main subject at a sports academy school in Denmark of international students. Yoga is Karen´s passion and once you have been to a retreat with her, you are hooked!
