In my opinion, The Antlers has the best pool area of any property in Vail. It's in a very natural setting and the pool and hot tub both seem to have been carved out of the rock.
The Antlers is within a reasonably short distance of the gondola in Lionshead so it's pretty easy for anyone, from small children to full grown adults, to walk there. There is a trail from the property and it's mostly flat to and from the slopes.
The condos here are individually decorated so there can be some difference in the decor from one condo to the next, but overall you can expect a solid gold rating (4 stars) from this property. In addition, most condos have a really great view so be sure to add a request when you make your reservation.
Easy access to the lifts and the village.
A little on the pricey side but that's Vail.
