The booking company was great to work with. Snowmass Village and the skiing was also great. However, there wasn't much "newly renovated", as described, about Woodrun Place. Our condo, #37, was severely dated, with dusty and worn furnishings. Given that we paid at the highest "exceptional" condo rate, this was disappointing. The management company was full of excuses every time we called with an issue. We had no TV for the first 24 hours (fixed after 3 phone calls to front desk). We had to call about housekeeping that didn't show and were told they were very busy and we "might have to wait until tomorrow". The lighting in the condo was sparse and numerous bulbs were out. We were told those would not be able to be replaced during our stay. The toilets in all bathrooms ran constantly and were not fixed during our stay. The location of this condo is great. It is a shame the management company doesn't do a better job at requiring owners to update and on maintenance.

All in all this was an excellent property and an excellent location.

Our only issue was a broken dishwasher for a couple days. The staff on-site was very friendly and responsive but one of the reasons we rent condos is to have the ability to cook meals in the unit. Doing dishes by hand for a couple days wasn't the end of the world but also not ideal while on vacation.

That said, I would recommend and stay there again.

About Woodrun Place

Woodrun Place is a luxury property offering condo & townhome rentals on Fanny Hill. Some units are multi-story townhomes and some are flat condo units accessed by an elevator. Each unit is designer decorated with a fully equipped kitchen washer/dryer, wood-burning fireplace, whirlpool bathtub and/or steam shower, WiFi and complimentary covered parking. Accommodations are individually owned and uniquely decorated. The complex offers convenient ski-in, ski-out access with an on-site fitness room, heated outdoor pool, hot tub and saunas.
