I stayed in one of the Hotel Rooms at the end of February, beginning of March 2016. The room itself was quite large, with lots of room to move around, and had very nice views. The king size bed and flat screen TV were nice to come back to after a long day. It was very relaxing. The small fridge was helpful to store any snacks or left-overs.
The building is not right in the Village, but very close access - just a short 5 minute walk uphill, or one could call the shuttle and it'll take you up and bring you back down. The pool and hot tub was also very nice. A perfect way to spend a few hours.
You can now ski from Canyons Village to Park City with the Interconnect Gondola, and there's a bus stop right outside of the building to take you into Park City for free.
If you are looking for an affordable location that is close to the slopes - this is it for you.
