Juniper Landing Units are just a short walk to the Canyon's Village lifts which makes them a great access point. The units are spacious and would accommodate a range of groups. Park City is only a quick 10-15 min free shuttle ride away.

In general, this is a wonderful property and I 'd give it 4.5 or 4.7 if I could. The unit we stayed in was beautiful - high ceilings, large rooms, fireplaces in all three bedrooms, private hot tub, private underground parking, big pool and hot tub.....wonderful. A few reasons for four-star rating.... First, this is only marginally ski-in, ski-out. It's about a 250-yard walk to get to a gondola that just takes you to the base of the real gondola or chairlift that goes up the mountain. Even gondola top to gondola base is about 100 yards, and that's a tough go in ski boots and carrying skis or snowboards. You can't really ski in to the unit, have lunch, and go back out again. Then, a few little quirky things. The private hot tub has jets that run on their own every so often (like every hour or half-hour) that are loud enough to wake you up if you're sleeping in the adjacent bedroom. It took forever to get hot water in the showers, and just about literally forever in the kitchen sink (as in, did dishes in lukewarm water because the water never did get hot). The TV remote in the upstairs bedroom turned on the TV but didn't change channels, and neither of the other two remotes downstairs did either. The upstairs TV remote turned the downstairs TV on and off, even when used upstairs! There were no detailed instructions for renters on how to use things like the TV remote or why the hot tub went on and off by itself. Finally, the 800-number "help line" was very responsive, but was really an AI chat-bot and not a real person. I got the same exact text message twice in the same exchange in trying to figure out what to do with the kitchen garbage when it was full.

So....this is a very beautiful unit, and probably fully deserving of a five-star rating at some time other than ski season. Also deserving of a five-star rating if the long walk carrying skis doesn't matter to someone. We didn't use the private parking, and that would also be a huge plus for someone coming in their own car or SUV.
