Park Forest Chalet is ideal for those seeking a private home in a forested setting with excellent accessibility to the ski slopes and the town of Breckenridge. This four bedroom/three bath home comes with its own private hot tub and many extras. Park 76 is conveniently located off Ski Hill Road in Park Forest Estates near Peak 8 - just a block and a half from the free shuttle which takes you the one mile to Main Street Downtown and Peak 9 Village or a short one minute ride to the base and lifts of Peak 8. The Breckenridge Nordic Center, with numerous groomed cross country and snowshoeing ski trails is an easy walk. Or, you may also walk approximately 3 blocks to and from the Four O'Clock ski run where you can ski down to the Snowflake lift to begin your day of skiing/riding or for an afternoon break and lunch. The interior of the house features a well-equipped kitchen with oak cabinetry, spacious living room, gas fireplace, TV/VCR in the living room, a TV in each bedroom and a private garage with plenty of storage for ski and snowboard equipment. Other amenities include a master suite and bath with double sinks, oversized luxury bath tub, separate shower and walk-in closet. Vaulted ceilings highlight the master bedroom, living room and kitchen.
