This four bedroom, four-and-a-half bathroom majestic mountain home sits on four acres of land and accommodates up to twelve guests with twenty five acres of private open space bordering the property. Ten Mile Estate offers privacy and incredible views all while being just a short drive away from downtown Breckenridge, making it the perfect place for a mountain getaway! This private location on the north end of Breckenridge will captivate guests with soaring views of the Tenmile range and Buffalo Mountain. The ski slopes and the shopping and dining of downtown Breckenridge are all within a ten minute drive. This home includes two master suites and a kids cabin. Large back deck with views over the Tenmile range offers the perfect spot to enjoy summer happy hours or winter apres-ski as the daylight gently fades into a beautiful sunset. Enjoy relaxing with family and friends or a game of pool in the lower level family room. As there is no shuttle access at this property and it is 7.5 miles to the BreckConnect Gondola, a vehicle is recommended.
