About Aspen Point
Enjoy the tranquility of having French Creek flowing right outside your door. This stunning, four-bedroom private home is located on the east side of Breckenridge. The west facing deck provides views of Breckenridge Ski Area, the Ten Mile Range, and French Creek. This spacious home offers two master suites and a large family room. The vaulted ceilings invite natural light into the space, and the layout offers plenty of room for everyone to spread out. After an adventure-filled day, the whole family can enjoy the gorgeous views while having dinner on the deck or relax with a movie on the large flat-screen TV in the recreation room. While this home certainly boasts luxurious amenities, the location is one of the best in Breckenridge. World-class hiking and biking trails are right across the street. The free town bus shuttle stop is nearby, with a five minute ride to the shopping and dining of downtown Breckenridge and only a ten minute ride to the ski resort. Paved sidewalks make the one-mile walk into town comfortable and scenic.
