To clarify the 3 ratings for some categories. For the amenities the large family hot tub was a warm tub as pumps can’t run since it leaks into garage. For my group a good soak in a hot tub is important end of day. The adult tub was working but small. The entire pool area is slated to be re done this summer. Access to slopes being a 3 maybe harsh as we couldn’t really use the ski in out access due to limited snow but would say the ski in out is on the far end of close but qualifies. Dryer in our unit was useless. Now the Good stuff the continental breakfast was very convenient in lobby, check in was easy and very friendly. Location was good, down one set of stairs cross road with no traffic up escalator your at the ice rink. We had a 4 bedroom unit that was plenty big enough and fairly well equipped. I think price point for this location and lodging is excellent. Oh tonnes of towels, multiple boot driers and was very clean. This is year 12 in Beaver Creek and have rented all spectrum’s and costs this is a very good value for dollar. So my two 3 ratings may hurt the overall but would say don't let that deter you.

We were very happy with this unit, the location is super convenient and everything is close to it. My only suggestion is to incorporate blackout treatment in the windows to be able to sleep past 7am.
