Located a mile above the golf course and six miles from the lifts, Hidden Village is tucked away in the trees on the mountainside. The Hidden Village complex has a beautiful outdoor pool (available summers only) as well as an outdoor common area hot tub and sauna available year-round. Hidden Village Floor plans are townhouse style with private garages. Hidden Village has super views and spacious floor plans! Some units at Hidden Village even have private hot tubs!

Park is the gem of the golf course! On the eighth tee, Park, a Meadow Village complex, boasts fabulous views of Lone Peak, easy access to cross-country trails, and walking distance to shops & restaurants. A car is recommended, however, for access to the lifts. A common area hot tub and seasonal outdoor pool await you for a soak at the end of the day at Park.

Silver Bow condos are on the golf course and cross country ski trail, and only six miles to the ski lifts. Located right next to the pro shop and just a short walk to restaurants and shops. Silverbow has an indoor hot tub and sauna, with an outdoor pool available in the summer.

From the Blue Grouse development’s convenient location, guests are steps from year-round entertainment. In the winter, guests are a short 15-minute drive to Big Sky Resort. In the summer, stroll to the farmer’s market, concerts and trails. A private 1-car garage and additional space in the driveway allows for exploring the surrounding area, from the Big Sky Golf Course to Ousel Falls Park, each a 5-minute drive.

Located on the golf course and cross country trail system, Yellowstone complexes are summer and ski season favorites for families. A car is recommended for access to the lifts. Trail's Edge townhouses are your mountain home away from home. Trail's Edge are spacious, premier townhouses that offer you luxurious comforts and are central to all the amenities and activities that Sun Peaks has to offers. The Christophe Condominiums are the most complete complex in the River Run area. The Christophe has the amenities you need for families, singles or travelers. The Christophe boats the only four-season outdoor pool in Ketchum with adjacent hot tub. A complex for all seasons, the Christophe is located near the bike path in the summer, the ski lifts in the winter, and also offers underground parking.

Snowstar Condominiums offer deluxe accommodations in a prime location for both winter and summer activities. The Snowstar complex is conveniently located in West Ketchum just off the bike path and about 1.5 blocks from the ski lifts and the Big Wood River. Some great features of the Snowstar complex include a large outdoor hot tub, a workout facility, and underground parking with elevator access. Downtown Ketchum is approximately six blocks away from Snowstar with dining, art galleries, and shopping being easily accessible.

Alpine Villa offers a great location combining easy access to the lifts, bike path, and downtown restaurants and theaters. The lifts are about three city blocks away and reachable by regular shuttle service. Downtown Ketchum is an easy five block walk. Mountain Rides shuttles stop in front of the condominiums and provide service to all areas of the resort. This building has a common area hot tub, as well as coin-operated laundry.

The Bridgepoint Condominiums are the best mid-priced condos in the River Run area. All of the units at Bridgepoint enjoy cozy living areas where you can relax by the fireplace as well as access to a common area hot tub.
