Driving from Albuquerque, New Mexico (ABQ), 221 miles, 3.75 hours
Head north on I-25 N. Continue on I-25 N for approximately 190 miles. Take exit 242 for US-550 N toward San Ysidro/Bernalillo. Merge onto US-550 N and continue for about 37 miles. Turn left onto NM-44 W/NM-550 W and follow signs for San Ysidro. Continue on NM-44 W/NM-550 W for approximately 48 miles. Turn right onto US-550 N and follow signs for Bloomfield. Continue on US-550 N for about 47 miles, passing through Bloomfield and Aztec. In Aztec, continue onto NM-516 W for approximately 19 miles. Turn right onto US-64 W and follow signs for Shiprock. Stay on US-64 W for about 34 miles. Turn left onto US-550 N and follow signs for Durango, Colorado. Continue on US-550 N for approximately 48 miles, passing through the town of Aztec. After crossing into Colorado, US-550 N becomes Main Ave. in Durango. Follow Main Ave. until you reach your destination in Durango.
Driving from Denver, Colorado (DEN), 360 miles, 6.5 hours
Head south on Pena Blvd. from Denver International Airport. Merge onto I-70 W via the ramp to Grand Junction. Continue on I-70 W for approximately 250 miles. Take exit 37 for US-6 W/US-50 W toward Grand Junction. Keep left at the fork, follow signs for Grand Junction and merge onto US-6 W/US-50 W. Continue on US-50 W for about 47 miles. Take the exit onto CO-141 S toward Naturita/Nucla. Continue on CO-141 S for approximately 90 miles. Turn left onto US-160 E and follow signs for Durango. Continue on US-160 E for about 113 miles, passing through Cortez. Continue on US-160 E as it becomes Camino Del Rio in Durango. Follow Camino Del Rio until you reach your destination in Durango.
