Cimarron Lodge is Telluride's premier ski-in/ski-out location with the challenging slopes literally reaching to your front door. Located at the base of Lift 7, the Cimmaron Lodge offers a variety of unit types offering a variety of size and style and various levels of finishing. Most units have access to the underground parking on a first come/first serve basis. Some may have to park across the street at the Shandoka parking lot.

Telluride, once known as the "City of Gold," attracted the legendary Butch Cassidy and, some believe, his sidekick, the Sundance Kid. The beautiful young woman who often accompanied Butch and Sundance was named Etta. To keep Telluride's folklore alive, the developers named these well designed, lift-side condominiums "Etta Place Too." These units include fully equipped kitchens, foldout sofa beds in the living room, color cable TVs with HBO and private phones. Some of the units offer gas fireplaces, private Jacuzzi spas and washer/dryers. After skiing, enjoy the slopeside outdoor hot tub. Elegance, a panoramic view, and ski-in/ski-out location are just some of the amenities the second phase of Etta Place has to offer. Other amenities of this complex include an outdoor heated swimming pool during the summer months and a large hot tub available all year around.

The Smuggler is an address of distinction in Telluride. These spacious condominiums with the look of a stately Victorian mansion are located just two blocks from the Coonskin Lift. Blue Mesa Lodge offers ski-in/ski-out access and is close to all Mountain Village ski lifts, ski shops and restaurants. The Lodge offers hotel rooms, studios, one and two bedroom suites. And, the Blue Mesa Condominiums offer 1- to 3-bedroom units. All lodging is within easy walking distance to the golf course and tennis courts. Also, enjoy Mountain Village's only authentic Italian restaurant, on-site at the Blue Mesa, La Piazza del Villagio. Most units at Blue Mesa Lodge & Condos do not include parking, which is available off-site for a fee. This property also does not have an elevator.

Have the best of both worlds at Columbia Place, offering affordable comfort, flexible sleeping arrangements, and a prime location in the heart of the Mountain Village! Columbia Place is situated in the center of the Core literally steps from The Village Express Lift (4) and the Gondola, which offers free transportation to the Town of Telluride. Outdoor pay parking is off-site at the nearby Gondola Station lot.

Telluride Lodge is conveniently located just a short walk from Lift 7 and is the only property in Telluride spread over five acres in a park-like setting. Telluride Lodge features common outdoor and indoor hot tubs, steam room, an on-site grocery store, common BBQ and picnic area, and common area laundry facilities. All units at Telluride Lodge enjoy the convenience of free wireless internet, and the free in-town shuttle has stops on both sides of the block. Since many of the high-country trails begin right in town, you'll be amazed at how close the waterfalls (4 of them), historic mining sites, ghost towns, and 14,000-foot peaks are. The free Gondola (open Winter and Summer) can take you to the top of the ridge to enjoy the view of the San Juan Mountains and Mt. Sneffels (a Fourteener) and all the way to Utah (the La Sal mountains).

Centrum Condominiums are located in the heart of the Mountain Village Center and are just steps to the Gondola, Ski School, shopping and the slopes! These luxurious condominiums feature the best decks in Mountain Village with views of the San Sophia Range, Wilson Peak and the ski area.

The Mountainside Inn is a complex of four buildings set at the base of the Telluride Ski Resort along the San Miguel River. The Mountainside Inn features 79 rooms, the majority of which are hotel rooms (most with kitchenettes) but also features one bedroom suites and a comfortable 3 bedroom riverside condominium. On-site amenities include a large outdoor riverside hot tub, free wireless internet and on-site parking. Winter guests enjoy being only 200 yards from Lift #7 and ski-in access. Pet friendly rooms are available.
