Alpine Retreat #3 is equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, private laundry facilities, a mud room, and free WiFi. While a car is not necessary for Alpine Retreat #3, it has an attached 2-car garage that includes ski storage. For summer guests, Alpine Retreat #3 does not have air conditioning, but a fan has been provided for your comfort. Ponderosa is 3 blocks from historic Main Street and the Town Lift; 2 blocks from Park City Mountain Resort's base village and steps from the citywide free shuttle route.
