Fairway Springs townhomes are located near the base of Canyons Village on the golf course. These luxury townhomes are walking distance to the Frostwood Gondola, providing quick access to the slopes. Fairway Springs is about 5 miles from downtown Park City and 2 miles from the Redstone Shopping Center.

Hidden Creek townhomes are located just below Canyons Village. Their quiet location is away from the hustle and bustle of the village, yet just a short walk across the street to the "people mover" cabriolet lift which takes you from the resorts parking lots and drops you right in the center of the village. Hidden Creek offers a common area pool (summer only), tennis courts, hot tub and laundry for the complex.

The Blackstone Residences is a luxury townhome development located at the base of the Canyons Village area at Park City Mountain. Blackstone is located just off the 13th hole of the the Canyons Golf Course. Blackstone is just a short block away from the Cabriolet, providing quick access to base area lifts, restaurants, shops, and more. The Blackstone Residences are just 3 miles away from downtown Park City.

Red Pine Condo & Townhomes are located just a quarter mile from Canyons Village, three miles from downtown Park City, and have a daytime shuttle. Red Pine Condos & Townhomes feature full kitchens, living rooms with fireplaces, and many with mountain views. The centrally located clubhouse boasts two year-round outdoor pools, hot tub, sauna, and summertime tennis and volleyball courts. Please note, the clubhouse, pools, hot tub and sauna are closed annually from mid-April through Memorial Day and Labor Day through Thanksgiving. Dates are subject to change.

Timber Wolf is located one mile from Canyons Village at Park City Mountain Resort, three miles from downtown Park City, and two miles from I-80 and Redstone shopping complex. Lodge-style construction and upscale furnishings make these an ideal getaway in the mountains. Timber Wolf offers two separate outdoor hot tubs. Each building includes four units and a parking garage for each building with one space per unit. Large SUV's are not allowed in the garage, but outside parking is available for larger vehicles.
