This was a nice place with good access to the mountain. This was especially true for families like ours with young kids taking lessons in the west village, and older kids ready to hit the bigger slopes from center village. Skiing all the way to the unit at the end of the day was also a big positive. The unit was clean and well stocked. The negatives are that the pictures are deceiving. First, the unit was supposed to have a private hot tub, and this is one of the top reasons we booked it. The hot tub was there, but it was clearly unkept for quite some time and was out of order. The only solution offered was access to the athletic club, which defeated the entire purpose. Second is the picture from outside the unit shows a garage with a driveway. This is only correct for a few of the union creek town home units. Ours was one of the units that has underground parking. Now this could have been nice as the underground garages are very spacious and heated, but alas, our vehicle was too tall to fit. There was no driveway to park in, so we had to park in the general parking away from the unit. In the unit, the wine fridge was broken, as was the oven door which made it very difficult to cook the meals we had planned. To summarize, we paid a premium for a private hot tub and for guaranteed private parking but were unable to use either. It didn’t ruin our trip, but next year I will probably go back to Center Village.

This was a REALLY GOOD setup!!! The location could hardly be better...walk fifty feet to the path, and coast downhill to the Flyer lift, and cut off the ski run straight to the path without any walking...The bedrooms were really nice, and the master suite was outstanding. The living and kitchen areas were everything that one could ask for, with all the silverware, plates, glasses, cooking utensils that were possibly needed, TVs in each bedroom, bathrooms that had a good supply of necessities, and towels, etc. galore. The handling by the rental folks was exceptional! James Carpenter was our man, and he was quick in the response and very handy in all of the check-in process and elsewhere. In line with that, the check-in and check out was really easy...We have rented a lot of condos, etc., and this was the best of the lot!!

About Union Creek Townhomes

The unassumingly impressive Union Creek Townhomes are located along Ten Mile Creek, about two hundred yards from the Union Creek Quad Chair Lift via the recreation path. These beautiful, multi-level townhomes offer all the amenities you'd want in a mountain escape; including pine-framed windows looking out to views of the forested slopes, gourmet kitchen, patio and balcony, gas fireplace, complimentary wifi, private garage, and washer and dryer. Guests also have access to the off site Copper Mountain Athletic Club (when open) which includes a 25-yard pool, hot tubs, sauna, steam room and gym. For some units, access is complimentary and for others, a fee may be charged.
