I have seen the Charter grow over the years into an amazing property. Many of the condos have had some beautiful renovations and the price point of the Charter is still the best value in Beaver Creek. Although the ski access may not be ideal for some, particulary those with little ones, the property has it's own shuttle for guests only and it runs quite frequently throughout the day making it easy to get little ones to ski school. They have a great restaurant onsite and if you want to walk to the village plaza area it takes less than 5 minutes. Highly recommend this property for guests and families wanting to experience Beaver Creek without the high price tag that comes with some properties.

I loved my stay at The Charter. I shared a 3-bedroom condo with friends for a few days. Each room had an ensuite bathroom, plus there was a powder room in the main living area, which had a gorgeous kitchen. The mud room and laundry room were a huge bonus, as we were able to keep the entryway free of boots and gear, and were able to do a mid-trip refresh of our clothes. The property was a bit hard to navigate at first because it's huge, but the staff were always very helpful. We could easily walk to the village or take a shuttle. I would stay at The Charter again and would recommend it without question.

I have seen the Charter grow over the years into an amazing property. Many of the condos have had some beautiful renovations and the price point of the Charter is still the best value in Beaver Creek. Although the ski access may not be ideal for some, particulary those with little ones, the property has it's own shuttle for guests only and it runs quite frequently throughout the day making it easy to get little ones to ski school. They have a great restaurant onsite and if you want to walk to the village plaza area it takes less than 5 minutes. Highly recommend this property for guests and families wanting to experience Beaver Creek without the high price tag that comes with some properties.

I loved my stay at The Charter. I shared a 3-bedroom condo with friends for a few days. Each room had an ensuite bathroom, plus there was a powder room in the main living area, which had a gorgeous kitchen. The mud room and laundry room were a huge bonus, as we were able to keep the entryway free of boots and gear, and were able to do a mid-trip refresh of our clothes. The property was a bit hard to navigate at first because it's huge, but the staff were always very helpful. We could easily walk to the village or take a shuttle. I would stay at The Charter again and would recommend it without question.
